Books

Mitch says, KAYA!

Journaling on photo reads:
All good books are alike in that they are truer than if they had really happened and after you are finished reading one, you will feel that all that happened to you and the afterwards it all belongs to you. The good and the bad, the ecstasy, the remorse and sorrow, the people and places and how the weather was. - Ernest Hemingway

Journaling on mini-album:
This quote by Ernest Hemingway says it all. There is nothing like a good book. When I feel truobled my escape are books. Books let you live a life apart from your own and brings you to a whole new world where your problems do not exist.

Materials and Techniques Used:
Rusty Pickle Guenivere Medieval Dreams and King Arthur papers. Inked edges of papers and picture with Color Box chalk and Lil Davis Brownie acrylic paint. Assembled booklet with Karen Foster Brads and added MM metal accents and Smile ribbons. Stamped image with Fancy Pants stamp and Lil Davis paint. Tore paper for title and edges. Painted letter "O" American Crafts Thickers Peacoat with paint. Painted AL punch out stencils using Color Box chalk. Assembled. Added 7 Gypsies phototurn and added letter "S" using American Crafts Metallic Markers. Edited pictures using Adobe Photoshop CS and printed journaling.
