Scrappers

Janis says, KAYA!

I am not so lucky tonight (started the layout about lunchtime and finished it around 7pm - - in my office!!!), not so sure if I pictured it correctly - - my camera's battery is drained already.

So now on Letting go.... just perfect for me to test the waters. I've always wanted to doodle, but not sure if I really know how (good thing a friend of mine showed me her recently bought Kelly Panacci border clear stamps - - I based my doodles there!!!) plus I've always wanted to let go of my scraps (tsamba, goes with the title!!! parang shabby chic kunyari). I hope you'll enjoy my lay out as much as I enjoyed doodling.

Journaling:
Taken during Filstar's Ready, Set, Scrap in Glorietta last July 6, 2008. Tito Jamir was with us the whole time to lend his moral support - - too bad neither Tita Jaden nor me won any prize. That didn't spoil our moods though, Tito Jamir rescued the day by awarding us his masterpiece built from scraps of our layouts!

Materials Used:
DCWV cardstock, AAS papers, buttons, gel pens, blings, various cuttlebug alphabet foam diecuts, UBL rub ons

Techniques Used:
Doodling, tearing, distressing

About ME:
This is my first take on a Kaya Challenge. I started scrapbooking only February of this year, and became a member in pinoyscrapbookers only in May (I think). I've always wanted to join but somehow missed the first two challenges (first one too personal, second one i have no pictures to scrap!!!)
