This is a fun challenge. I originally wanted to make a more pleated and shirred LO with the fabric but couldn't find my stash of fabric scraps. I only found my felt so decided to make a really simple layout.

Techiniques:
diecut felt, stamping, I also used the MM metal rim tag tool maker for the flower centers
Materials:
Kraft cardstock - Bazzill; various colored felt; ribbon from my stash; flower stamp - Hero Arts; ink - Tsukineko; Sizzix flower, leaf & letter dies; MM metal rim tag maker.
About ME:
I used to be a scrap tool junkie but I've finally learned I don't need all the tools to make a good layout.
