Marian's 3 Wishes

Marian says, KAYA!

There are actually so many wishes for me and for my family but decided to limit to things just for me. I can't even say they are the top three choices as I really hope all my other wishes come true, too.

Journaling:
I wish that I could lose at least 10 pounds not for vanity but for good health
I wish that I could travel together with Camille and Sophia to visit Kate
I wish that I could learn to use the DSLR camera and take better pictures

Materials/Process:
I was just about to make my Kaya LO when I discovered this in my pile of unfinished pages. It was perfect since it had a 5x7 B&W photo and had the three tiles at the bottom of the page. The only thing missing was the title and journalling. The title was easy to do - just die cut the letters using QK Washington. I had to think where to put the journalling as I normally do it on the computer (due to ugly handwriting). Finally decided to redo the tiles at the bottom so had to cut from the same paper to make it open and close for hidden journalling.Printed the journalling on coordinating paper and trimmed to fit inside. I used the Basic Grey magnets to keep it closed. All paper from Basic Grey Stella Ruby line.

About ME:
I started rubber stamping and card making before actually getting into scrapbooking. My favorite subjects are my granddaughter and 2 daughters. I love to shop for new paper, embellishments and anything related to scrapbooking.
My husband just passed away more than a month ago. This has given me more time for myself but also added other duties which I don't quite enjoy. I escape through scrapbooking.
