Serenity is You, Maia.

Sheryl says, KAYA!

Thanks to Donna for her ingenious idea, finally I was able to use the set of coloring pencils I bought more than a year ago. It took me no time to create this page , what with the 'limited' supplies that miraculously survived after the shipwreck. Doing this layout made me realize that scrapbooking is like a closetful of wardrobe, the more you have, the longer it takes for you to decide what to wear.
Journaling Reads:
There are days I would stop to pause and take stock of what's happening around me. And so, I see wars, I notice chaos, I feel and realize I am stressed and for a moment I wonder how the word serenity was created. Then I saw this photo of my little girl, Maia. And I wondered no more.

Materials Used:
CS: Bazzill (Pink & Brown Orange); Zig Calligraphy pen (red); coloring pencils; regular ballpoint pen (black) for journalling.

About ME:
Working Mom.
Happy Mama to Lilaa and Maia, wife to my one big love. Rekindled my love affair with Scrapbooking in May 2006.
Overwhelmed with a lot of things going on in my life now all at the same time. Just glad I have scrapbooking to bust the stress away. I also c0-own and co-manage an online bookstore Bookoto.com with a good friend and kababayan Julie Kelly who is also a member of Pinoy Scrapbookers.

Thanks to all who left their comments here. So sorry I haven't been 'around' as the major changes and adjustments in my life continue. Plus, it doesn't help that my daughters take much of my time when am home, as it should be. So everything else had to take a back seat. :-) Anyway, will participate in Kaya as long as I can. :-) Regards to all!
